Level One Trauma Center 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio Staffed 24x7 by certified Intensivist Shared Governance (house wide and unit based) Opportunity for growth & ability to cross train within ICU (Trauma Neuro Surgical Medical CVICU) 32 Medical / Surgical Beds 17 Trauma Beds 5 CVICU Beds State of the Art equipment Self-Scheduling. Responsibilities may include:
- Assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- One (1) year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.
- ADN Diploma or foreign equivalent.
- Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
- Current BLS healthcare provider card.
- Current ACLS card must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Preferred:
- Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
Salary : $33 - $59
