ISO an experienced, reliable, caring, kind and fun Autism/Special Needs Support Aide in Gaithersburg, MD
Providing support to a 13-year-old boy after school, Mon-Fri from 3:30pm-6:30pm, plus some weekend hours (flexible on times).
Must be comfortable implementing a toileting program and assisting, as needed. He is a sweet and gentle boy, no behaviors, but can be stubborn. He is fast, and known to elope, so need to be able to keep up with him and on your toes at all times. He is non-verbal and uses a communication device.
Must have a clean background check, minimum of a high school diploma, and a car to take him into the community occasionally.
