Security Supervisor Activities Include:
- Oversees facility security to protect all patients, employees and visitors (4 sites)
- Directs daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of our dedicated security team
- Takes proactive steps:
- Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff: de-escalation, event reporting, and other related safety and security topics
- Recommends ideas to uphold a safe and secure working environment
- Conducts walk-throughs and security inspections
- Identifies and resolves
- Five years security experience
- Two years supervisory experience
- Current Guard Card
- Healthcare experience - Ideal!
