Responsibilities:
- Acts as a liaison between the administrative and custodial staff while assuming custodial responsibilities
- Plans and assists all maintenance and repair work while maintaining the District expectations for safety, cleanliness and efficiency
- Ability to delegate assignments to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to build rapport with staff and students
- Maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Experience working with floor waxing, buffer and carpet cleaning equipment required
