Excecutive business owner is seeking a Personal Assistant with great multi-tasking and organizational skills to assist with miscellaneous duties including business and personal duties. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual with room to grow.
The ideal candidate would be a polished person who will bring a highly professional and positive attitude to the job with a very high communication style. You must be a perfectionist and very meticulous with details. Being self proficient, proactive, and resourceful is a must. Most importantly, solution based and getting the job done correctly the first try.
Responsibilities
- Point of Contact - Acting as the personal gatekeeper, answering questions and making calls on the CEO's behalf.
- Scheduling and Time Management- maintain calender of appointments and other events, arrange travel and accommodations, schedule appointments etc.
- Preparing and Cooking Meals on daily basis and performing daily cleaning duties in the home
- Other Personal Tasks- dry cleaning, grocery shopping, vet appointments, some cleaning tasks, cleaning and walking dogs, cooking, help business managers with daily tasks.
- Taking care of basic needs for his animals (dogs and birds)
- Travel with CEO- pack bags, and manage luggage's and personal items.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
