Job Description:
A dynamic IT company in the booming electronic payments industry is actively seeking a Merchant Services Customer Support Specialist to respond to customer inquiries received from all support paths:
· Configure payment terminals and deploy orders received on a daily basis
· Manage inventory and returns
· Troubleshoot and solve technical problems or other customer issues related to electronic payment products and services
· Assist new customers in installation, comprehension, and use of Company software
· Contribute to Company knowledge base through use of helpdesk system and problem/solution documentation
· Assist in training and developing colleagues by sharing technical knowledge gained through day-to-day problem solving.
