Job Summary
Project Manager I will coordinate both internal operations projects and client-facing programs in the Cell and Gene Therapeutics sector. This individual will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution from initiation to delivery, while acting as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Cell Therapy or life sciences, is meticulous, thrives in challenging environments, and excels at managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. Experience in client communication, regulatory environments, and process improvement is highly desirable.
Essential Responsibilities
The pay rate for this role is $71,400 - $78,900 per year. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.

- Lead cross-functional project planning and execution for internal operations and external client-facing initiatives.
- Coordinate all aspects of the projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including Gantt charts, dashboards, and risk logs.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements across internal workflows.
- Collaborate with departments such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to meet project goals.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA, ISO)
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, bioengineering, or equivalent and relevant formal training and academic / vocational qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years of biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical development, or project management) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
- Experience in leading teams successfully to achieve the goals.
