Gather technical requirements. Create or maintain service contracts. Create or maintain technical documentation. Create or maintain system now documentation. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Provide clarity on business and technical requirements to the team and create or maintain user stories for implementation. Analyze and provide technical recommendations for application integration, architectural design, and performance optimization. Communicate accurately, effectively and persuasively. Translate business requirements into technical ones, owning nonfunctional requirements for a web-based, client facing software solution. Documenting required data and system information. Foster standard methodologies and direct / govern all technical work including designs and system management documents. Must be available to work in office 275 days a year. Telecommuting is acceptable remaining 90 days.

What you have
Required qualififcations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in Business analysis in small-scale and large-scale projects or, in the job offered or related role.
- Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Splunk querying and dashboard creation; Data contract definitions using Swagger/OpenAPI; Agile and Scrum methodologies; Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, Bitbutcket; Analyze Software Architecture Diagrams; Ability to create workflows, System context diagrams, Use Case diagrams, Requirements documentation, System design documents and JIRA work Epics; and RabbitMQ and Kafka messaging patterns and contract creation.
