Picnic Hospitality Staff
Our Picnic Hospitality Staff provides exceptional customer service to guests at private events, including tasks like setting up food and beverage buffets, welcoming attendees, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized event space, addressing any guest needs throughout the event, all while ensuring a positive and fun experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Event Setup & Breakdown:
- Setting up food buffets, beverage coolers, linens, and other event decor as needed, and assisting with post-event cleanup
Guest Reception:
- Greeting guests upon arrival, checking RSVPs, and directing them to designated areas.
Food & Beverage Service:
- Serving food and drinks according to event specifications, including buffet setup, food service and beverage replenishment.
Attentive Service:
- Anticipating guest needs, addressing requests promptly, and ensuring their comfort throughout the event.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Regularly checking and tidying the event space, removing trash, and replenishing supplies.
Compliance with Standards:
- Adhering to company policies and safety regulations regarding food handling, beverage service, and guest interactions.
