Responsibilities
- Prepare all ingredients – cook and plate as indicated.
- Consistently set up and clean stations.
- Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, countertops, and shelves.
- Knows how to cook proteins and follow temperature preferences for red meat.
- Punctual and a team player
- Experience working with a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu
- Answer, report and follow Chef’s instructions.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

- Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times
- Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs as needed
