What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Customer Service Representative position at Charlie’s Fast Lube?
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills: Clearly and concisely explaining information, actively listening to customers needs.
- Sales abilities: Analyzing customers needs, helping to qualify what service we will be providing. Recommending a plan to move forward.
- Customer service orientation: Demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Adaptability: Handling diverse customer interactions and adjusting communication style as needed to make their experience above average.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with point of sale system and basic maintenance on a vehicle.
Good attendance is a must! We are closed on Sunday. We provide Uniforms.
5 day work week:
Hours are M-F 8:00 - 5:00 with a day off during the week.
Saturday 8:00 - 2:00
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience plus aggressive bonus structure.
