I’m excited to share that we’re hiring a Design Engineer to join our Plastics Division here at Charlotte Pipe!
This role partners closely with our Tool Room team to provide technical support and creative solutions that keep production running efficiently. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, designing mold improvements, and collaborating across departments to make an impact.
We’re looking for someone with:
🔹 A degree in Mechanical, Design, or a related Engineering field
🔹 A solid understanding of injection molds and tooling materials
🔹 Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
🔹 The ability to manage multiple projects and see them through to completion
