What Will You Do?
- Follow and track mold production schedule to maintain minimum stock levels of material
- Prepares and cuts fiberglass sheets from template per blade design
- Works closely with mold leads and coordinators
- Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department
- Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from mold stations
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures regarding the glass-room and safety
- Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting
- Comply with all CHART policies and procedures
- Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department
- Ensure all products have proper identification
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Walking, Standing, Use of hands, Bending, Lifting, Sitting, Etc.
- Indoor and outdoor working conditions
- Lifting of materials and product as up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- PPE must be worn at all times
- Able to work overtime as required
