Ensuring Chart’s Success…
Chart Lifecycle in Franklin, IN produces ambient vaporizers used in cryogenic service. Production Assemblers perform repetitive operations to produce vaporizer components and then assemble those components into completed vaporizers. The general process includes handling and assembly of the components/raw materials in to finished goods before testing, inspecting and documenting completion of the unit.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
- Perform physical assembly-type functions, using hand and/or power tools per the blueprints and written assembly instructions.
- Package assemblies into shipping containers per the instructions.
- Verify the quality and quantity of the parts produced meet the designated requirements,
- Perform daily housekeeping and organizational requirements on the assembly floor.
- Daily job performance is expected to support the Chart Lifecycle Quality Statement.
- Responsible for understanding and participating in all aspects of the continuous improvement process.
- Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices such as; utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards.
- Comply with all ISO procedures and work instructions related to your job description.
- Perform all other functions as required; included are any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of work within Chart Lifecycle.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time and perform repetitive motion type tasks regularly.
- Ability to hear and see. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to focus and differentiate colors.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds, and occasionally lift one hundred (100) pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration and repetitive motion.
- Employee will be required to bend, balance, lift, twist, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, push and/or pull.
- Employee will need to reaching outward or above shoulder while using hands to fingers to grip, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Employee may be required to ascend, descend, and work from ladders, scaffolds, or stairs.
- While performing the job functions of this position, the employee frequently works near or operates powered motor vehicles, industrial power tools, and automated assembly fixtures.
- While performing this position, the employee regularly uses manual and powered hand tools, (electric, battery operated and/or air powered) and may be required to operate industrial “fixed” power tools such as drill presses, milling machines, saws (band, upcut, table, or miter), tubing benders, pipe threaders, and/or other similar.
- Employee may be required to operate company trucks, standard and extended reach forklifts, aerial and scissor lifts, and overhead cranes.
- Due to the open environment of the facility, the employee must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
Chart Lifecycle operates a production and warehouse facility where administrative activities and manufacturing occur. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud some of the time. Temperatures vary in the manufacturing facility and follow seasonal temperatures.
