Education

Skills & Abilities
- Effective prioritization and organization
- Clear communication, both oral and written
- Ability to resolve customer complaints independently or in teams
- Adaptability to handle back-to-back calls while seated
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cable TV, high-speed Internet, and phone services
