LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is looking to hire an experienced Loan Servicer
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the servicing function of all loans
- Assist members with inquiries, servicing requests, or problems
- Assist with preparation of loan files involved in the sale of loans on the secondary market
- Assist with the preparation of loan documents for member business loans
- Handle credit life & disability claim payment processing and assists members with claim related issues
- Handle GAP claims for automobile loans
- Works with outside sources and vendors to facilitate the servicing of loans
- Handle the paid in full processing for all consumer, real estate and member business loans
- Process release of liens for automobile loans and all real estate loans
- Perform audits on loan files as needed
- Performs annual escrow analysis and distributes tax payments for escrow accounts
- Compute and distributes daily mortgage rates
- Perform loan file maintenance as needed
- Understand and apply local, state, and federal regulations related to loan servicing
Salary : $19 - $44
