Chartiers Center is a Community Mental Health/IDD Center that has a rich range of service offerings. Among them are the highly ranked Hestia, Atlas and Vesta Programs that are part of our Homeless Housing Specialty Services. We are seeking a talented and compassionate individual to join our team as a Housing Coordinator to change the lives of the people we serve. 

Housing Service Coordinators change lives by:  

• Work with homeless individuals to help them identify a place to live and to develop the skills and supports to prevent relapse to being homeless, 

• Act as a liaison between landlords and clients 

• Provide ongoing case management and referrals to assist clients with becoming self-sufficient 

• Work independently in the community and in client homes while still being a part of a team. 

• change lives through, 

• Work with treatment teams to assist with recovery. 

• Address substance use/relapse with individuals/families though engagement, support and assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year experience working in Substances Use Services 

• Valid Driver’s License
