Wage: 100k/yr. Bonuses- Sign on Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 paid at 90/180 days)
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
A Day in the Life:
- Conduct resident assessments for potential new residents as well as current residents
- Ensure department is compliant with all DSHS standards
- Oversee medication assistance program to ensure that residents receive their medications as ordered by their physician
- Interact regularly with doctors and health care professionals to ensure residents’ care needs are met
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, supervision and coaching of caregiving staff and performance appraisals/evals as required
- Assure appropriate revenue capture by accurately capturing resident’s needs.
- Responsible for adequate staffing levels within budgetary guidelines and ensure all shifts are covered; cover as needed
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license
- At least two years’ experience in long term care preferably in Assisted Living
- Supervisory and management experience
- Sensitive to and knowledgeable of issues related to aging
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Valid CPR/First Aid certificate (Chateau will send to class if not current)
- Ability to pass DSHS Background check (some negative actions are negotiable)
Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
