Role Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Real Estate Financial Analyst to support our team in developing, maintaining, and updating financial models for a diverse portfolio of real estate projects. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with expertise in advanced Excel-based financial modeling and a passion for real estate development.
This flexible position offers the opportunity to work remotely or in-office, with part-time hours designed to suit the candidate’s schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and refine pro forma financial models for real estate projects, including sensitivity analyses, cash flow projections, and ROI assessments.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support project feasibility, funding strategies, and risk assessments.
- Regularly update models to reflect new data, assumptions, and project-specific changes.
- Prepare clear and concise financial summaries, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research relevant market data, tax incentives, and financing structures to inform modeling inputs.
Qualifications:
- Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible, remote or in-office environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred.
