Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in the overall management of hotel operations.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Guest Experience: Uphold and enhance the hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Address and resolve guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support department heads to achieve operational goals and maintain high service standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
Financial Management: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and monitor annual budgets.
Implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and achieve financial targets.
Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and increase brand visibility.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality assurance programs.
Implement and maintain effective quality control measures across all departments.
Training and Development: Oversee training programs for staff to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
