Summary: Ensure the professional success of our students and alumni by equipping them with essential job search skills and facilitating placements in their respective healthcare fields. Collaborate closely with education and administrative teams to enhance placement services and continually refine our approach based on feedback.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Empower students and graduates to secure employment in their healthcare specialties, promoting career growth from the outset.
- Manage a portfolio of graduates, facilitating job placements within the Allied Healthcare sector.
- Provide expert guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, resume optimization, and other career readiness essentials.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve employment goals for students and alumni.
- Exceed departmental metrics, including talk time, interviews, placements, and other performance benchmarks.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to external stakeholders, enhancing our network of externship and placement opportunities.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for CHCP within the community and at industry events.
- Participate actively in team meetings, student orientations, and compliance initiatives.
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated success in staffing, career services, out-placement services, or related sales roles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
