What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caseworker position at CHD Brand?
The Caseworker/Manager is an exempt, salaried professional who actively supports and implements the philosophical, clinical, and programmatic goals of the Agency. The caseworker/manager is responsible for coordination of staff education around individual service plan goals, assist youth in making community linkages and mastery in independence skills. They are a liaison between the program, youth, families and external stakeholders to ensure an encapsulation of services. They maintain open communication, actively supports the team model and ensures all agency standards, policies, and procedures are utilized.
Depending on the needs of the region, they need to maintain all certifications in order to assist on the floor. They need to have flexibility around schedule in order to meet the needs of the region/program. They are directly responsible to the Clinical Director/Assistant Director of Residential Services.
