The Center for Human Development is hiring clinicians at all phases of career to be key partners in a growing, SAMSHA-funded initiative at our Park St. clinic in West Springfield: not just co-located primary care and mental health services, but fully co-delivered services. Mind and body cared for together via one integrated approach, in an innovative and academically inclined clinical outpatient setting.
Outstanding candidates will partner with our primary care provider(s) to provide assessments, treatment and care linkages and coordination in a team-based model. The role will be responsive to your interests and passions, with easy access to professional development, and flexibility to find your niche across CHD’s continuum of care and demonstrate excellence there.
Your experience in harm reduction, peer support and case management will be key contributions to the broader team of physicians, prescribers, RNs and peers. Candidates must be on demonstrated independent licensure track and comfortable with autonomy, while also enthusiastic contributors to a team that’s highly focused on providing an amazing experience to adults and children served—and to each other.
