Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, and hunting supplies.
- Educate customers on the features and specifications of various firearms and accessories.
- Process firearm sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in firearms laws and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in firearm sales or a strong knowledge of firearms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with state and federal firearms laws and regulations is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any required licenses or certifications.
