Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance in daily living activities for individuals in need. The Caregiver will be responsible for ensuring clients receive outstanding care and support.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Administer medication reminders
- Escort clients to appointments and social outings
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Skills:
- Experience in dementia care and senior care
- Proficiency in vital signs monitoring
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Understanding of working with people with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal skills for social work aspects of the role
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
