Job Summary:
We are seeking FNP to join our clinic and Med Spa for Direct Primary Care
Duties:
- Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Utah
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Preference given if you have injection skills and/or male and female hormone management experience
