CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Recruiter to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the success of our new location by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across all levels of the operation—from front-line staff to management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in full-cycle recruiting, and is passionate about creating a team that embodies hospitality excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs for all departments, including front of house and back of house.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to source high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Build a talent pipeline through networking, industry events, and sourcing platforms.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, representing our company culture at all touchpoints.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads on onboarding and retention strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in hospitality hiring.
What we need from you:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality roles, from front-line to management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple hiring needs.
- A passion for people, service, and hospitality culture.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
