- 8 years leading OCM workstream on large, multi-workstream programs
- Public sector transformation experience (state preferred)
- OCM Experience from planning through implementation oversight
- Prior OCM Lead on efforts with delivery accountability
- Working on communications and messaging across multiple projects in parallel
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement at enterprise scale
- Change impact assessments tied to future-state processes
- OCM (Communications, Engagement, Sponsorship, Training) strategy execution aligned to program/project roadmaps
- Committee and workgroup support
- Executive-ready updates and materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- PROSCI certification
- PMP or project-management-adjacent certification
