URGENLY HIRING CAREGIVERS- that will provide the following services to a client: assistance with laundry, cooking, feeding, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, grooming and occasional errands
***23.5 hours per week*** M-F 9am-2:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Home management and care planning
- Medical advocacy
- Prescription medical management
- Help with personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with meals and nutrition
- Help with mobility
- Home maintenance and basic house keeping
- Errands
- Keeping them company
- Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes
