Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Help drivers safely position and chock vehicles for loading and unloading
• Match up bills of lading with incoming shipments and verify product quantities
• Assist in setting up tanks, pumps, and hoses for unloading chemicals safely
• Collect samples from bulk deliveries and bring them to our plant manager
• Operate forklifts to move totes, drums, and other materials around the warehouse
• Pitch in with the team to complete daily filling schedules
• Double-check outbound shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
• Help keep the warehouse secure and tidy (yes, that includes sweeping!)
• Pull and manage daily pick tickets, work orders, and shipping paperwork
• Scan inventory using a handheld device to track product movement
• Wrap and label outgoing shipments for safe delivery
• Assist walk-in customers with professionalism and a helpful attitude
• Cross-train in basic office tasks like printing bills of lading and work orders
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE, including a respirator when needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 months of related experience (or an eagerness to learn!)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Chemical handling experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to frequently lift 100 lbs, climb ladders, and be on your feet all day
• Comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments (sometimes loud, wet, or humid)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Team player with good communication skills

Physical & Environmental Notes

This is a physically active role. You'll regularly lift heavy items, operate equipment, and work in a warehouse and outdoor setting. We provide all the proper PPE - and the support to do the job safely and successfully.

Pay Range: $20 per hour
