Chemtek, Inc. Accounts Receivable JD Chemtek, Inc. is seeking help in the accounting department to join our growing corporate team. This role is responsible for all daily accounting functions specific to Accounts Receivable (AR).
Primary job responsibilities include:
• Prepare invoices and account statements for clients through company billing process.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Verify transactions through cross-referencing accounting system and supporting documents.
• Produce monthly financial reports to submit to the CFO.
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities, assist CFO in financial management.
• Complete collection process on outstanding balances, including outbound collections calls and emails.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong time management, project management, and prioritization skills.
