What You'll Get To Do:
- Manage and supervise Shift Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliant execution of access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations.
- Works with Shift Supervisor and overall Project Manager to ensure completion of contract objectives.
- Ensure all personnel are compliant with training requirements.
- Conduct security inspections.
- Conduct practical drills and/or exercises as required.
- Responsible for the overall management and coordination of contract-specific requirements and serve as POC for the government.
- Supervisor all guard service activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- DoD Secret security clearance.
- Five (5) years of management experience, preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.
- Demonstrated experience supervising guard force personnel.
- Must know various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
