Position Summary: 
Chen Moore & Associates (CMA) is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. You'll lead the creation of high-end graphics that support marketing, branding, and proposal development. Ideal candidates will bring an exceptional eye for design, deep Adobe Creative Suite expertise, and experience working in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality marketing and proposal materials (brochures, presentations, infographics, digital graphics, etc.) 
• Lead visual storytelling for major proposals; develop layouts, covers, and infographics 
• Uphold and advance CMA's visual brand across all platforms 
• Create custom illustrations and infographics for complex engineering/planning concepts 
• Work closely with marketing, technical staff, and executives on collaborative projects 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 
• 6–8 years of experience, with 3 in the AEC industry preferred 
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other Creative Cloud or Design Softwares 
• Portfolio showcasing print and digital design with a polished aesthetic 
• Strong layout, typography, branding, and communication skills
