Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a full-time barista to provide friendly and professional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and take coffee and food orders from guests.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintain positive guest relations throughout their visit.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work station, menus, and all necessary tools.
- Process financial transactions and handle guest payments.
- Answer coffee bar telephone calls.
- Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Promote a fun, friendly, and safe atmosphere.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and kneel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in climate-controlled environments and casino floors with exposure to smoke and noise.
