Operating Room Nurse

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Maintain a sterile operating room environment
- Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia administration
- Perform ostomy care and wound dressing changes
- Assist with sterile processing and instrument sterilization
- Help with spinal taps, gastric lavage, and other procedures as needed

Requirements:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification is desired but not required upon hire. CCH will provide certification within 6 months.
