Positions Available:
- RN Supervisor Full - Time 12 Hour shifts (7a-7p Tues, Wed, Thurs)
- RN Supervisor Part - Time 12 Hour Shifts (7a-7p Mon & Fri)
- RN Supervisor Part - Time 12 Hour Shifts (7p-7a Mon & Fri)
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Chart nurses’s notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident’s response to the care.
- Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements
- Must have a valid CT RN License
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- COVID19 Vaccination
- CPR, ACLS or BLS Certification

Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
As a Registered Nurse you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
