Your Next Great Adventure:

As the Land Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with consultants, contractors, municipalities, utility providers to direct project execution from the entitlement phase through project completion. The Land Manager will serve as a liaison to the land department to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements.

Qualifications


Success is Built On:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in real estate acquisition, land development, management, or financial industry preferred.
  • Oversee projects from permit approval through construction and fiscal bond release, community turnover, and common area improvements.
  • Critically review and analyze engineering construction plans throughout the design and construction process, identifying value-engineering opportunities.
  • Responsible for site improvement permitting, bidding, and bid selection leading to contract negotiation.
  • Coordinate with city, county, and municipal partners to resolve issues with agencies having jurisdiction over projects.
  • Inspect all work performed by various contractors in the field.
  • Responsible for timely fiscal reporting for budgets, cash flow models, and invoicing 
  • Assist the VP of Land with analysis of Land Acquisition opportunities.
