We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Position Summary: To be able to build loads in an orderly, safe, and time-efficient manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Wait on customers picking up products from the warehouse
- Replenish product in staging areas
- Organize product so trucks can be loaded efficiently
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Education/Experience:
- High-School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous Forklift experience is preferred
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Communication Skills
- Dexterity Skills
- Must be able to learn all jobs on the dock
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to obtain Chesterman Co. forklift certification
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with supervisor and co-workers and to operate equipment
Work Environment: Warehouse work environment. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months. May work extended days and hours to complete loading.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Ability to push/pull <75 lbs
- Ability to lift/carry <75 lbs

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 3p-8p
Pay: $18.54 per hour
