Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, dedicated Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to join the growing Network Topology team in Seattle, WA. Other locations available are Fort Lauderdale, FL, Boston, MA, or Minneapolis, MN. Combining a background in data analysis with a deep understanding of Supply chain, you will be at the forefront of deciding where, when, and how to expand our network footprint to support Chewy's long term growth trajectory. You will partner with program managers to analyze fulfillment and transportation scenarios and collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising teams, Operations, and Engineering to present the business impact, implement the solutions, measurements, and scale the program.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Strategy and Planning team with analyses on fulfillment scenarios with impacts on cost, speed, capacity, and overall asset efficiency.
- Create data visualizations to track network topology performance and size opportunities in terms of volume and cost to support future initiatives.
- Identify the gaps in current processes and drive improvement by using data driven analytical skills.
- Analyze information to shape strategic supply chain decisions using data driven analysis and business intelligence Tools/Reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with business partners to gather requirements and inputs for model and system development.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field of study.
- Five (5) years of related experience within supply chain analysis and planning.
- Understanding of Supply Chain concepts including capacity planning, inbound and outbound optimization, and inventory placement.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel advanced modeling.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Bonus (if applicable):
- E-commerce, Retail, or startup experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Compensation & Benefits
The?salary range for this position is? $71,500-$135,500 . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be?influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and?work location.?In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
