Responsibilities
- Organizes and oversees patient care delivery while monitoring and assessing the current environment for smooth hospital operations.
- Ability to serve as a leader and teammate.
- Ensure your direct reports and department are positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patients.
- High level of engagement with the floor- visibly connecting with physicians, nurses, patients, and families.
- Monitor the efficiency of your department.
- Mentor people on your team. Share your knowledge and confidence with assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through American Heart Association
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
