Job Summary / Purpose

Performs hands-on maintenance and operation of all major mechanical, electrical, and related equipment in the facility to ensure a safe, comfortable environment within safety and engineering standards in the most efficient manner.  This position supports the mission, vision and philosophy of CHI and CHI St. Alexius Health.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

1. Demonstrates excellent customer service performance and displays a positive attitude and behaviors consistent with the CHI Standards of Conduct and Core Values.
2. Perform maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
3. Able to be on a 'on call' schedule for after hour needs.
4. Perform some security duties.
5. Computer skills to get work documentation recorded into maintenance system
6. Work with building equipment controls.
7. Able to work independently.

Salary : $18 - $25
