Responsibilities

Security Analyst

• NOT A REMOTE ROLE**
• Handling Access Issues, not Cyber Security role.
• Research, respond, and resolve incoming Chats to the team channel, email, tickets, and phone calls.
• Look-up user accounts prior to start date to identify any issues; submit tickets for resolution.
• Prepares for and participates in on-boarding for the region from identification of users through follow up post start or effective date.
• Understands and educates managers about Role Based Access.
• Assists to identify, track, and monitor onboarding and access issues for the region. Helps develop mitigation strategies.
• Accurately documents procedural steps for on-boarding and access processes for the region.
• Processes incoming EpicCare Link access requests.
• Other duties as assigned by the leader and organization.
  
  
  

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or related computer science is strongly preferred. Equivalent education and/or experience will be considered.

1-3 years’ experience with business information systems, onboarding and systems access.

Pay Range

$23.98 - $34.78 /hour
