$26.38 - $38.26 /hour

Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Coordinates quality patient care under the supervision of the physician(s).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Review and prep chart for office visit.
- Maintain patient flow through the clinic.
- Assess patient, collect appropriate data and perform testing to prepare patient for provider visit.
- Prepare patient and room for wound care and/or minor procedures.
- Forward test results and documentation to provider for review; execute orders as received. Notify patient of test results and endure appropriate follow up per protocol.
- Timely response of all patient care inquiries.
- Facilitate posting of surgical cases and coordination of equipment, representatives, etc.
- Facilitate completion of physician orders for Home Health Care, Wound Care and Wound Care Therapy.
- Patient and family/caregiver education.
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited RN program.
- Valid Tennessee RN license
- BLS Certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days
- One year in a clinical nursing setting.
- Cardiology experience a plus
