- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones following food safety guidelines
- Assist with bussing tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains organized and welcoming
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions
- Support kitchen operations by managing food prep tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafés, or grocery stores is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between duties
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in cashiering or retail math enhances ability to perform accurate transactions
