What are the responsibilities and job description for the Music Teacher position at Chicago School of Musical Arts?
Guitar, Ukulele, Voice, and/or Piano, Early childhood music--any and all welcome!
Looking for self-propelling positive, professional musicians to work with elementary age children, in schools to run 1-2 hour group classes in all musical instruments. Background check necessary (will be reimbursed promptly) and basic life skills necessary.
Days: M-F
Afternoon hours. One or multiple days available
Qualifications:
Minimum of BA
One year of teaching experience
Enjoy working with kids
Ideal candidates should be a problem solver, quick learner, and be able to take initiative
Job type: Independent Contractor

Background checks (will be fully reimbursed)
Available for teaching music classes for 1.5 hours minimum generally in afternoons. $55/hr.
