We have a position available for a Material Handler on the first shift in our production cutting facility in Owatonna, MN. Work schedule is Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm and Friday 7:00am- 11:00am.
JOB DUTIES- Operate stand-up forklift and overhead crane to move material in the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks using handling equipment, place material in storage locations
- Deburring of parts
- Pack finished product
- Assist machine operators as needed
Basic math skills are a must. Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts, and the ability to read a micrometer and caliper are required. Experience in the steel industry is a definite plus.
