Assistant Managers and Shift Leads ensure the standards and procedures for what keeps the store and America running are met. We are looking to add to our team of positive, energetic employees who are passionate about the Dunkin’ Brand and delivering exceptional customer service. Assistant Managers and Shift Leads are leaders in their stores and are responsible for executing to the Dunkin’ operational standards. They're also responsible for working as part of a team to meet the needs of our Guests while providing a hospitable environment!
