LEAD D.A.W.G.S. Leadership Initiative

Chick-fil-A Sandy Springs is looking for highly driven and motivated leaders with a passion for serving others and working in a fast paced, high intensity environment to join their Lead D.A.W.G.S Leadership Initiative. This program provides participants the unique opportunity to work side by side with the operator and other members of the leadership team to learn all aspects of running a multi-million dollar Chick-fil-A franchise, with the goal of aligning the participant on a path of pursuing their own Chick-fil-A franchise or moving into a position with Chick-fil-A Corporate. In addition, this position will challenge the leader by invoking scenarios that will foster growth in business acumen and emotional and cultural intelligence.

Skills/Education Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred)
• 1-3 years of leadership and management experience
• Authorized to legally work in the US
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the position which include (but are not limited to) standing for 10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

REQUIREMENTS

• 45-50 hours of work per week, between the hours of 5:00 am-11:00 pm
• Open Availability (including Fridays & Saturdays)
• In order to start off as a Leader, you will be required to work at least 2 closing shifts per week (1:30-11:00 pm)
• Minimum of 2.5 year commitment needed (most cases are 3 years)
