Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Lebanon, TN. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage teams, develop and maintain operational standards, and drive efficiency and profitability. Specific responsibilities include implementing strategic plans, budget management, ensuring excellent customer service, and analyzing operational performance to optimize workflows and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Proven experience in Team Management and Customer Service
- Ability to provide timely feedback to team members
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the restaurant industry or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus
