As a Customer Service Agent, you'll provide outstanding customer service to guests while working across stores. In this role, you are responsible for answering phone calls coming in from multiple stores. These calls will range from Pickleball related questions to general property information and include getting the guest in contact with the appropriate person at their local store as needed. Additionally, you will review large pickleball reservations and inquire about converting reservations into an organized event. This role will also assist the Event Sales team by booking events as needed to supplement the local team. Events booked in this role are eligible for commission.

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll provide outstanding customer service to guests while working across stores. Responsibilities

- Answer inbound phone calls providing excellent customer service and quick responses to guest inquiries
- Direct staff at each location to inbound guest phone calls that require their assistance
- Review large Pickleball reservations as defined across all stores daily and offer to book them as a private party with all the benefits and options that come with a private event
- Act as a team supplement to book events across all stores as needed
- Manage all booked events with a sense of urgency, accuracy and professionalism
- Create, manage and confirm event bookings within CRM system including the documentation of all event client communication with great attention to detail
- Ensure timely and detailed logistics for all events in a timely manner to ensure successful operational execution of all events
- Ensure local teams are aware of guests phone calls that require a follow-up and responses are handled timely
- Communicate with the Event Hostess and Event Manager on event details, changes/updates to allow for successful event execution by Operations and the Culinary Team
- Maintain and ensure the BEOs have all the required information in a timely manner
- Communicate any changes/updates to events for a successful event execution by Operations and the Culinary team
- Attendance in BEO/Operations meetings as needed
- Eager to learn new skills
- Contribute to a collaborative environment with the Sales Team and other departments within the restaurant
- Maintain a calm, even-tempered, customer-focused demeanor
- Understand processes and the ability to find information quickly
- Ability to work for and lean into a start-up mentality
- 2 years previous experience in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focus on events
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and management
- Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes
- Process oriented, highly organized, fast and accurate and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously
- Working evenings, weekends and holidays may be required for this position, as well as assisting in the restaurant on an as-needed basis
